Gift Voucher – Terms & Conditions
1. Security
a. Every voucher is issued with a unique alphanumeric transaction code.
b. The transaction code will be delivered to the email address provided by the purchaser at the time of purchase.
c. The recipient/beneficiary of the gift voucher is responsible for keeping the transaction code secure and confidential until redemption.
d. Buddy Earth shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use of the voucher resulting from the loss, theft or disclosure of the transaction code.
2. Single Use
The voucher is valid for one-time use only.
3. No Duplicate or Revalidation
No duplicate voucher, replacement voucher or revalidation of an expired or used voucher will be provided, as the voucher carries a monetary value.
4. Validity
The voucher is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this validity period. Upon expiry, the voucher will become invalid.
5. No Cash Exchange
The voucher cannot be exchanged for or redeemed for cash, either in whole or in part.
6. No Cancellation or Refund
Once purchased, the voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded.
7. Online Redemption
The voucher is valid exclusively for purchases made on buddyearth.com.
8. Redemption Value
The voucher is redeemable against eligible products on buddyearth.com, subject to a minimum purchase value equal to the face value of the voucher. If the total purchase value exceeds the face value of the voucher, the difference may be paid separately using the available payment options.
9. Unused Balance
As the voucher is valid for one-time use only, any unused balance remaining after redemption will not be carried forward, refunded or made available for use in any subsequent transaction.
10. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising in connection with the voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
