Club Earth International – Disclaimers
1. Voluntary Participation
Membership in Club Earth International is entirely voluntary. Members are free to participate in the movement to the extent they choose and may discontinue their participation at any time.
2. No Purchase Required
Membership is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service from Buddy Earth or its associates.
3. No Legal Obligations
Membership does not create any legal, financial, contractual, employment, partnership, or ownership relationship between the member and Club Earth International or Buddy Earth.
4. Planting Saplings
Club Earth International encourages members to plant at least one sapling during their lifetime. Planting a sapling is voluntary and is not a condition of membership.
5. Earth Points
Earth Points are complimentary, non-transferable promotional reward points offered by Buddy Earth. They have no cash value but carry a redemption value of ₹1 per point when redeemed against eligible purchases at BuddyEarth.com, subject to the Earth Points Programme.
6. Environmental Information
The environmental information shared by Club Earth International is intended for general awareness and educational purposes. Members are encouraged to exercise their own judgement when taking environmental actions.
7. Afforestation
While Club Earth International encourages afforestation, it does not guarantee the survival, growth, or environmental impact of saplings planted by members or third parties.
8. Independence
Club Earth International is an independent, non-racial, non-religious, non-political, not-for-profit, voluntary environmental movement. Unless expressly stated, it is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, political party, religious organisation, or public authority.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided by members is used only for legitimate membership-related purposes and to share Club Earth programme updates and relevant information about products and services offered by the parent company, Buddy Earth (BuddyEarth.com), in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Programme
Buddy Earth reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Club Earth International, including membership benefits and the Earth Points Programme, with or without prior notice.
11. Acceptance
By joining Club Earth International, members acknowledge that they have read and understood these disclaimers and agree to participate voluntarily.
